  • Payment & Delivery Information

    Payment Policy

    Payment is due upon delivery—we accept Cash, Check, and Credit Cards.

    Credit card transactions incur a 3% processing fee.

    If payment is not received upon delivery, we will not be able to set up your order.

    Prepayment is optional but must be completed before the delivery date if chosen.

  • Delivery & Pickup Schedule

    We deliver on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays.

    We are closed on Sundays.

    You will receive a confirmation call on Wednesday (the week of your event) to review:
    ✔ Your order details
    ✔ Delivery date & time
    ✔ Outstanding balance

    If payment is not received at delivery, we will be unable to proceed with setup.

  • In-Store Pickup Option

    Items can be picked up from our store on Thursday, Friday, or Saturday.

    Pickup time is between 7 AM – 8 AM.

    If you need to pick up later, please call our office to check availability.

    Payment is required at the time of pickup.
